Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social Scientology betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
